Enter your registered phone number or email address along with your password to permanently delete your Acuryx account.
Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible. Your profile is removed and you are signed out of all devices. Patient and clinic medical records are retained only as required by medical record-retention laws, then deleted or anonymized.
What happens when you delete your account
- You confirm your identity with your registered phone/email and password.
- Your account is deleted and every active session is immediately signed out.
- Your personal profile data is removed from active systems.
- Patient and clinic medical records are retained only for the period required by applicable medical record-retention laws, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

How long does deletion take?
Your account and sessions are removed immediately. Records held under legal retention are purged or anonymized once the required retention period ends.
Can this be undone?
No. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. You would need to register again.
Can I delete from the mobile app?
Yes. In the Acuryx app go to Profile → Privacy & Legal → Delete Account.
